All of the information is automatically archived within TIA, and claim notifications are delivered directly to the inbox of predefined claim handlers.

This service provides full ‘My Page’ functionality:

  • Details of all policies, including duration and renewal date;
  • Pending quotations;
  • Summary of claims;
  • Outstanding payments;
  • Report claims, including one-click approach;
  • Upload photos of incident;
  • Upload GPS coordinates with claim;
  • Send SMS if data communication through mobile network is switched off;
  • Call-back request to Call Centre;
  • Specified phone numbers, eg. SOS, windscreen repairs;
  • Two-way synchronization.

What does it take to implement?

  • Practically nothing. Mobility4TIA is an independent service that can be implemented in a day. You don’t need any other NCDC service; you can keep your current TIA partner.

The solution is based on standard TIA web-services. The only requirement is that you have TIA version 6.2 and higher.

How to Enable Mobility4TIA

The NCDC SaaS site www.apps4insurer.com provides you with dynamically generated QR (quick response) code to be added to your policies.

This code directs users to the Saas site, which recognizes the smartphone operating system and redirects them either to Play Store (Android) or AppStore (iPhone OS).
The policyholder can download the app initialized with the personalized data determined by the insurance company.
