Depending on the job, you may be invited to come for more than one interview with us. We often use technical task in order to find the right candidate. Tasks are used to veryfie the level of your skills you give us in your application and at the interviews. You’ll always be given a chance to comment on any tasks and provide further input.
Our organization is built on the basis of self-organizing and collaborative teams. Each team consists of people carrying out responsible roles instead of official positions.
